About

I’m a software engineer from the UK who works with Microsoft technologies.  I started with Experian in 1997 and am an expert in nothing but interested in everything.

I have worked mainly on desktop systems but have also been lucky enough to attend a Windows Mobile Developer Advisory Council meeting in Seattle.  It’s not much but it made me realise that I like working with Microsoft rather than just using their software.

These blogs are here because in six months time I’ll forget how I did something, so they are acting as a memory for someone who doesn’t have one.  If you are reading these blogs however then that’s fine, feel free.  Please comment if an entry has helped or equally if you’ve spotted an error or feel that you can add something that might help.

Finally, if you think that I might be able to help with something that you are struggling with then don’t keep it to yourself.  If I can help then I will or I may know someone else who can.  If I can’t then you’ve not lost anything.

Cheers

Andy
